Wellness
Weekly Hours/Commitment
We had practice every weekday that would run for about an hour and a half to two hours, and meets on the weekends that lasted around 6-7 hours.
For the wellness portion of my SSP, I continued to run on the track and field team. We had practice five days a week, and we had a total of 6 meets in the season, followed by ISL's and the NEPSAC championships.
